Caller ID
Caller ID displays the number of incoming calls when you're in a digital service area. It allows you to prioritize incoming calls so you don't miss the most important ones and minimize unnecessary interruptions. Because Caller ID works in conjunction with Call Waiting, you can see who is calling you before you decide to interrupt the first call you're on.

Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding allows you to redirect all incoming calls to another phone number. When Call Forwarding is switched on, your phone won't ring and all incoming calls will be directed to the number you specified when you switched on the feature.

Call Forwarding means you can avoid giving people lists of numbers where they can reach you. If you're going to be outside our service area, you can forward your calls to a number where you're staying.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting helps you avoid missing important callers when you're on another call by alerting you when another call comes through. You can either accept the second incoming call or let it to go straight to voice mail. Either way, you never need to miss a call with TELUS Mobility PCS.

Call Waiting works with Caller ID so you can see who's calling you before you decide to interrupt your first call.

Conference Calling
Ever have problems trying to relay messages back and forth between two people when it would be much easier to have everyone on the line at the same time? Conference Calling is the solution. It allows you to have a conversation with two different people at the same time avoiding confusion and helping you to use your time more efficiently.

Do Not Disturb
When Do Not Disturb is switched on, your phone won't ring and all incoming calls will be directed to your Voice Mail. Do Not Disturb is ideal if you want to temporarily redirect all your calls to Voice Mail and still receive Voice Mail, Text and Numeric Messaging to your phone.

PCS Online
The service is a cost-effective communications solution that lets you access information when and where you need it! Use PCS Online to dial into your corporate network or Internet Service Provider (ISP) and surf the Internet, access online databases, send and receive e-mail, files and faxes.

All you need is compatible PCS phone, a Wireless Modem Kit and a subscription to the PCS Online Add-on service plan.

Pocket Web
Pocket Web lets you surf specially designed Web sites right on your phone. Send and receive e-mail, check movie times, look up phone numbers, trade stocks, pay bills or play cool games.

You will have access to our pre-screened partner sites including AOL, Bloomberg, HMV and MSN. While surfing on a wireless phone is not exactly like surfing on a computer (the screen is a lot smaller, it’s not in colour… yet), you gain the freedom to access Web content and services even when you’re on the move.

Text Messaging
Text Messaging is another easy way for you to communicate with your friends, colleagues and clients on your wireless phone. It's the most efficient way to send someone a short message when a phone call isn't necessary or convenient. With instant delivery and notification, text messaging is perfect for short, urgent, and time sensitive communication.

Toll Restrict
You can restrict long distance calls made from your cellular phone.

PCS U.S Roaming
Travelling in the United States? With our automatic U.S. roaming service, you can take your TELUS Mobility PCS* phone to hundreds of cities across the United States, and still get many of the great PCS features you enjoy at home.

Vacation Disconnect
Take a break from your wireless phone service from one to six months, and we'll save your number, prevent unauthorized calling and maintain your account. If you're on a contract, you can still suspend your service, but your term will be extended for the length of your suspension when you reactivate.

Voice Mail 10
You can always take your phone with you but you may not want to be interrupted by an incoming call. Voice Mail 10 ensures that you never miss a call and you can pick up your messages from your PCS or wireline phone from anywhere in the world.

Pager notification* is now included with Voice Mail 25 at no extra charge. Your PCS Voice Mail can automatically page you when you receive a new Voice Mail.
